With over 20 years of experience behind him, Steve took over the family business in 2004, after his father, Ron Corn, had decided it was time to retire after working in the real estate industry for over 40 years. As promised, Steve and his staff have continued the tradition of providing state-of-the-art processing and personalized attention to detail.

Prior to entering the business in 1990, Steve had worked as the Western Regional Manager for Siemens (German Co. headquartered in Munich), but had reached a level of management that would have required him to relocate in order to advance his career. After much consideration, he joined the family business in an effort to learn a new trade with the goal of taking over the business when his Dad was to retire.

Having seen many changes over the years, Steve says the biggest change is mainly the complexity of the escrow processing and new regulations.
