Fee charged for settlement services on behalf of the buyer and seller.

LOAN TIE IN FEE

Fee charged for liability incurred and time involved in providing documentation, satisfying lender conditions and coordinating with lender.

LOAN/E DOC PROCESSING FEE

Fee charged for liablity incurred for electronic delivery of Buyer's loan documents, time involved providing copies of loan documents to Buyer, providing documentation, satisying lender conditions and coordinating with lender.

PROCESS DEMAND STATEMENT(S)

Fee charged for liability incurred and time involved in obtaining demand statement(s) and satisfying the lien holder and title company requirements in connection with the payoff of existing liens.

PROCESS HOA STATEMENT(S)

Fee charged for liability incurred and time involved in obtaining demand sta tement(s) and satisfying homeowner's association transfer requirements.
